Video Feed Terms

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

These Video Feed Terms ("Video Terms") supplement the General Terms and Conditions and the Feed Subscription Terms. They govern your use of the Quincy News video streaming add-on service (the "Video Service").

Note: The Video Service is not yet generally available. These terms will take effect when the Video Service launches.

1. Service Description

1.1.The Video Service provides live and on-demand video streams of financial news broadcasts, event coverage, press conferences, and related programming.
1.2.The Video Service is an add-on to the Feed subscription. An active Feed subscription is required to access the Video Service.

2. Content and Sources

2.1.Video content is sourced from licensed third-party broadcasters and publicly available event streams. The specific channels and sources included may change based on licensing availability.
2.2.We do not guarantee the availability of any particular video stream, channel, or source.

3. Usage Restrictions

3.1.Video streams are for your personal or professional viewing only, consistent with your license tier (Personal or Professional).
3.2.You shall not:
  • Record, download, capture, screenshot, or store any video content received through the Video Service, by any means.
  • Retransmit, rebroadcast, stream, or redistribute video content to any third party.
  • Display video streams in any public setting or shared environment where non-subscribers can view the content, unless all viewers hold valid subscriptions.
  • Use video content as input to any computer vision, OCR, transcription, or automated analysis system.

4. Technical Requirements

4.1.The Video Service requires a modern web browser with video playback capabilities, a stable broadband internet connection, and sufficient display resolution.
4.2.The Video Service is designed for single-viewer use per subscription. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices is not permitted.

5. Termination

5.1.The Video Service terminates automatically if your underlying Feed subscription is canceled, expires, or is terminated for any reason.
