Quincy News Feed Audio Schedule
Effective Date: April 29, 2026
This Quincy News Feed Audio Schedule ("Audio Schedule") supplements and is incorporated into the Terms. This Service Schedule only applies if you use, access, or link to the Quincy News Feed Audio service (the "Audio Feed"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Description
1.1.The Audio Feed provides real-time audio from select US government briefings, including but not limited to White House and Federal Reserve proceedings.
1.2.Access to and use of the Audio Feed is subject to the additional terms and restrictions set forth in the applicable License Schedule.
1.3.Content is delivered via a web-based audio stream or API.
1.4.News Feed Subscription Requirement. Access to the Audio Feed is only available to Subscribers who currently hold, or are simultaneously purchasing, a Subscription to the Viewer, as governed by the Quincy News Feed Viewer Schedule. Cancellation or termination of your Subscription to the Viewer will result in the immediate termination of Subscription to the Audio Feed, as applicable.
2. Content Accuracy
2.1.We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Content.
3. Availability and Performance
3.1.We target high availability for the Audio Feed but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. The Audio Feed may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3.2.Delivery of Content occurs promptly after receipt from the originating source, without guarantee of instantaneous transmission, and subject to network conditions, Third-Party Provider source latency, and infrastructure capacity.
4. Data Retention
4.1.We retain historical Content from the Audio Feed for search and archival purposes. The depth of searchable history may vary and is not guaranteed for any specific duration.
5. Termination
5.1.Ordinary Cancellation or Expiration. Your Subscription to the Audio Feed will continue to automatically renew for Renewal Terms, unless either party cancels it in accordance with the Terms. Unless otherwise stated in the Terms, once your Subscription is cancelled, your access to the Subscription tier will continue until the end of your current billing period. At the end of that period, your access will automatically be downgraded to the Registered Tier, provided that tier remains available.
FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR QUINCY NEWS FEED VIEWER SUBSCRIPTION SHALL ALSO CONSTITUTE CANCELLATION OF YOUR AUDIO FEED SUBSCRIBER TIER ACCESS.
5.2.Immediate Termination. If your access to the Service is terminated pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Terms — including for breach of the Agreement, violation of Applicable Law, a Third-Party Provider requirement, or fraud — your access to the Subscription Tier ceases immediately upon such termination.
